Build 5.0.0.62 of xlsgen is a fix pack related to pivot tables. Precisely :

- improved rendering of page field names
- improved rendering of rows in Compact layout mode.
- better writing of row items section in pivot tables. 1) no longer adds page filters 2) takes into account unselected items (normal items and page filters)
- code refactoring
- codegen : improved InsertAt() row calculation (when pivot table has page filters)
- better page filters in pivot tables by taking really them into account when trees are built.
- support for rendering number formats in calculated columns or data fields
